Pre-season fun!

Since we`ve had close to no snow so far and the snow production is constantly threatened by the mild weather the only solution is to fin something fun to Slide/jump/land on in the artificial snow piles. This weekend we made a funny kicker on saturday and transformed it into a rail to bank on sunday. Kalle Hagglund was with us photographing and got some nice shots with his big flash. Here`s the photos he has released so far.

Canoe/kayaking on Vannin,

Me and a couple of friends went paddling with a canoe and a kayak from Norwegian Experiences up on Vannin Lake on Lykkja some time ago,

From the rental area there is several channels going to other surrounding lakes and many islands of different size,  lot of them are nice camp sites to get away from the mosquitoes and to reduce the danger of forest fires.
Fishing is allowed in some of the lakes but not all of them and there is much fish around.

Via Ferrata.

This summer Ive been working as a Guide for Norske Opplevelser(Norwegian Experiences) in Hemsedal.
The activities are mostly Mountain walks, Via Ferrata, River Snorkeling, Bike Trips and different outdoor teambuilding activities.

A long time ago (springtime) Some friends and I went into the Buli Valley(Bulidalen) to do some camping in the sun.

Big Pimpin(Fishin)

Went home to Førde to do some sea-trout fishing in the Jølstra river with my dad Johan-Petter Øren.
After some hours of nightfishing dad went home so he be ready for work next morning, since Im on vacation i kept on fishing. At 0415 something heavy startet pulling in my fly-fishing line.
After 15minutes of struggle i landed my biggest fish ever. A 7kg Sea-Trout, the biggest in the river for 6years! I even broke my dads personal best with 800grams:-)
Thanks Dad for bringing me out there every year and hooking me up with the best advice and equipment!

Hemsedal Club Championships

Monday after easter Hemsedal Boardclub har an open championship in The Olapark. Kalle Hägglund 
and Emil Ericsson were there to shoot pictures. As a proof of how Swedished out Hemsedal has become they are up on the Swedish Tacky website. Great pictures boys, and thanks to Hemsedal Brettklubb and everybody who was there to make it a funny day!

The Dirty Mustash Crew

The dirty mustashes are a bunch of funny hardshredding dudes of different nationality that are based in Geilo. They have been over here several times during winter and always heigthens the mood.
Mustashmonster and photographer Emil Ericsson have been shooting great shots all winter and
at The Dirty Mustash Page you can watch them and more mustash fun.

Since people have to work and some get injured none of the mustashes got to ride the jam but Emil showed up with his camera, unfortunately it couldnt take his level of shooting anymore and broke, but he managed to get a couple of shots before it did.
